The McKinney Partnership
Architects, located in Norman, Oklahoma, were undergoing a re-branding
effort and had developed conceptual website drawings that coincided
with their new corporate identity. However, they didn't have the
expertise in-house to convert their concept into a working website.
They contacted Travis Langley & Associates, and based on
their design specifications, we developed a Flash based solution to
help highlight their excellent work and images. In addition, we
implemented a static, low-bandwidth version of the site for slower
connections. We also developed a customized Content Managment System
(CMS) that allowed them to manage images, projects, documents and
access to secure areas of the site.
As part of image management within the CMS, we created a
unique tool to enable them to resize and crop images on the server.
This tool constrains the crop dimension to conform to the image
dimensions required by the section in which the image would be used.
We continue to provide The McKinney Partnership Architects
with website maintenance and enhancements to the site as requested.
