Dynamic Practices is a consulting service focused on providing chiropractors with the training, tools and information they need to build their practices. They do this by providing free resources, a comprehensive paid program, and dedicated one-on-one consulting. Dr. Andy Harris, the developer of the Dynamic Practices program, realized the integral role a web presence and professional materials would play in this business. He contacted Travis Langley & Associates to provide the necessary services.

The website, in addition to providing basic information about his program, had a wide range of requirements, including:

• list building & lead capture
• e-commerce and order fulfillment
• subscription based members area with recurring billing
• customer relations management with automated follow up

To meet a large number of these requirements, we integrated the site with InfusionSoft CRM, a hosted Customer Relations Management (CRM) package. This service automates many of the follow-up, billing, and marketing processes necessary for making Dynamic Practices a successful venture.

In addition to the website development and design, we provided document formatting and layout, postcard design, logo design, cd label and case design and copywriting for a large portion of his materials.

We continue to provide ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and consulting.

In the near future, we will be moving this site to our new Online Business Platform, Perceptive OBP.  The platform will handle a majority of the CRM functions previously provided by Infusionsoft, but at a much lower cost.  In addition, Perceptive OBP will make the interaction between the Dynamic Practices website, membership area, the CRM much more seamless since all three are part of the same platform, as opposed to working to keep 3 separate software systems communicating correctly with each other.
